Computerised written entrance test as advertised in the national press will be held for various disciplines in the subjects as given below:
Engineering Program
English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer science (for details see paragraphs below)
The test will be based on the intermediate standard, and is meant to evaluate the factual knowledge, comprehension and its application by the students.
The weightage of subjects in the preparation of merit lists is as under:-

Important
Date of Entrance Exam will be announced in the newspapers.
There is no negative marking.
Use of devices such as calculators, tables, digital watches, mobile phones, electronic diaries, palm pilots etc. are not allowed during entrance test.
