Important Note:
The students who are appearing or have appeared in any of the above prerequisite exams during the current year are also allowed to apply. These students should have more than 60% marks in the Matric/equivalent exam and should also produce a certificate from the head of the Institution that they would expectedly obtain more than 60% marks in the final FSc or equivalent examination excluding NCC marks. However, such students are required to submit their detailed mark sheets/grade sheets within 15 days of declaration of final result by the concerned Board of Education duly authenticated to become eligible for the final selection by the Admission Committee. Those applying on the basis of equivalent exams will also provide certificate from their head of institute that they are expected to score marks equivalent to 60%. Only the results of the final examination will be accepted in case of fresh intermediate candidates. All supplementary cases may apply during the next academic year.

Note:-
- The selected candidates for Computer Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Information & Communication Engineering with FSc/equivalent in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science/Computer Studies subjects will have to take additional Chemistry course of 2-3 credit hours during evening of 1st semester for which they will have to pay as per the policy on taking additional credits.
- Students will be required to pass this additional course (minimum 60% marks) in order to continue further studies in the Computer Engineering program Students unable to secure 60% marks will be dropped from the course.

Additional subject of Chemistry will be reflected in the student's transcript without mentioning the grade obtained and will not be counted towards calculation of overall CGPA.
