Dr. Naim received a Ph.D. in Civil Environmental Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea. He worked as a Fulbright Research Scholar at the School of Sustainable Engineering and Built Environment, Arizona State University, and the University of California, the USA, as a researcher at the University of Leipzig, Germany, and Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Qatar Foundation.
