I completed my PhD in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in November 2021. I obtained my Master of Science from CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences Peshawar in 2016 and my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar in 2013. I have started my career as a university academician in October 2014. My academic background, teaching experience, research experience and career as a Lecturer/Assistant professor of civil engineering enabled me well prepared to teach various types of introductory and advanced civil engineering courses such as Engineering Geology, Geotechnical & Foundation Engineering, Soil Mechanics (Theory & Lab), Concrete Technology, and Civil Engineering Materials. I have supervised 4 undergraduate final year projects. The core of my teaching responsibilities is Soil Mechanics. My research focused on ground improvement mainly on soft soil using sustainable materials. The research area covers physical modelling, numerical modelling, and experimental testing for materials particularly physical characterizations, strength behaviour and microstructure study. This is associated with my PhD study (Load-carrying Capacity of Columns Supported Embankment on Soft Soil Using Treated Bottom Ash).
