A civil engineering professional with over 25 years of distinguished service, successfully leading construction projects of national significance while serving as project manager/ project director in Frontier Works Organization, garrison engineer/ commander MES and actively participating as operational staff in flood/ disaster management duties in Pakistan. Qualified with advanced academic credentials including MS in Engineering Management, MBA in Project Management, MS in River Basin Dynamics and a PhD in Water Resources Engineering/ Management from internationally recognized universities in Pakistan and UK. Currently focused on cutting-edge research and development of innovative, eco­friendly materials for channel stabilization and flood mitigation, hydrological studies, environmental impacts and flood forecasting/ mitigation alongside instructional duties to impart knowledge to the next generation of civil engineers.
