COMMANDANT MESSAGE

MCE has the honour to be amongst the oldest military institutions of Pakistan Army. The primary aim of this institution was to train combat engineers for Pakistan Army; however, since Corps of Engineers was also entrusted with nation building tasks, therefore, in 1951, the College commenced civil engineering degree in collaboration with UET Lahore. Since then the development of the college has advanced and we now have the honor of having produced 4323 BE and over 330 MS graduates to date, including 61 graduates of friendly countries. Out of these graduates of MCE, over 1000 have completed their Masters and over 100 doctoral degrees from renowned Universities of the country and around the world.

Our Civil Engineering program transform undergraduate and graduate students into competent, successful and leading professionals for tomorrow. Our scholars develop lifelong learning in the fields relevant to their careers through our outcome-based education program. In addition to professional growth, our program also focus on development of personal faculties like oral, written and interpersonal skills essential for working as a team.
