COMMANDANT MESSAGE

MCE has the honour to be amongst the oldest military institutions of Pakistan Army. The primary aim of this institution was to train combat engineers for Pakistan Army; however, since Corps of Engineers was also entrusted with nation building tasks, therefore, in 1951, the College commenced civil engineering degree in collaboration with UET Lahore.
